Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) is a public women’s university located in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. It is the largest women’s university in the world. Designed by Perkins & Wills Architects, part of Dar Group, it has innovative design and technology, all while keeping in mind the complex characteristics of the Saudi culture.

BACKGROUND

PNU University has 34 colleges of Riyadh and in the neighboring cities

As an expert in Railway, Mass Transit and Freight signaling and turnkey projects, Hitachi Rail manages all the phases of the Automated Peoples Mover (APM) project, from the design to the manufacturing and installation, testing and commissioning and operations and maintenance, independently of network size and complexity.

Contrax was engaged to perform the GAP analysis of Facility Management (FM) services performance from the IS0 55001 asset management system perspective to identify potential for cost & risk reduction and performance improvement of the contract in place, satisfied with the analysis Contrax was engaged to deliver integrated FM service delivery (Hard & Soft FM) turn key FM bid solution.
